Competition Dates
Commences on Monday 9th October 2023. The competition will run for a total of 9 weeks,
finishing in the week beginning Monday, 4th December 2023. No finals games, first past the
post wins in each Division/Grade.
Ages
Open for ages 9 to Seniors. Note 8 year olds can play in the Spring competition only if they
played up in 9 years during the KNA Winter 2023 season. 6 & 7 year olds cannot play in the
Spring Competition. 10 year olds can play in an 11/12 year old team in the Spring
competition only if they played up in the KNA Winter 2023 season.
Rules
Games are 40 minute duration.
Mixed teams must have at least 3 males registered in a team. A maximum of 3 males, one
in each third on the court, will be permitted during a game at any one time.
Registration
Teams must register with a minimum of 7 players, maximum of 12 players. Please note the requirement for mixed competition male players minimum of 3 must be registered with a team. To be registered a player must be on a Team Registration form. Please ensure your nominated Team Manager completes and submits this form, link below.
Junior players can enter a combination of boys and girls teams.
Should any Junior/Intermediate/Cadet/Ladies/Senior team wish to enter a team which has more than 3 representative players, no more than 3 representative players are permitted to take the court at any one time. There is no restriction as to the number of representative
players registered. A representative player is deemed to be anyone from a 2023 team in the representative program at any association. Later selection into a representative program team will not then affect the makeup of the team.
Active Kids Vouchers can be used at the time of registration in the Payment and Summary section under Government Vouchers.

Registration Details and Divisions
Please provide as much information as possible about each player that will assist with grading. Listed below are indicative winter competition grades that may assist you when nominating a Spring Cop grade for the team. Teams may indicate which division they prefer to play in, however, there is no guarantee that preference can be given. Teams should advise at least two divisions/times/days your team can play and any times and days that your team cannot play. Teams that do not comply with these rules will not be graded
Umpires
The West Pymble Netball Club will organize an appropriate umpire for each team which is included in the registration fee. Team Managers will be given money at the start of the season and are responsible for paying the team’s allocated umpire each week.
Grading
Grading will be done on a paper basis and on the information provided in the team sheets submitted. If teams are not able to comply with grading day/time as set their entries will be declined. Borrowing guidelines will be relaxed for some grades in Spring Comp season to accommodate borrowing needs. Borrowing Guidelines will be issued with grading.

Registration start from $120.40
Note: If a player has not already played netball this calendar year (during 2023 to date), there will be an extra fee for either KNA and/or Netball NSW.

9 & 10 Year Olds
Players must be either 9 or 10 years of age by 31st December 2023, 8 year olds see note above
Girls and boys or girls only teams
Wednesday 5pm at Canoon Road
11 & 12 Year Olds
Players must be either 11 or 12 years of age by 31st December 2023, 10 year olds see note above

Inters 13 & 14 Year Olds

Cadet Mixed 15-17 Year Olds
Players must be 15 years of age by 31st December 2023.
Players turning 14 years of age by 31st December 2023 are eligible to play if they have played in the Cadet Division in the KNA Winter 2023 competition) -

Senior Ladies - 15+ Year Olds
Players must be 15 years of age by 31st December 2023.
Players turning 14 years of age by 31st December 2023 are eligible to play if they have
played in the Cadet Division in the KNA Winter 2023 competition
Division 1 and 2 - Tuesday rotating time slots, 7.45pm and 8.45pm
Division 3, 4 and 5 - Monday rotating time slots, 6.45pm, 7.45pm and 8.45pm
Division 6 and 7 - Wednesday rotating time slots, 7pm and 8pm.
Senior Mixed - 18+ Year olds
Division 1, 2 and 3 - Thursday rotating time slots, 6.45pm,7.45pm and 8.45pm,
Fathers and Daughters
15+ years old females must be 15 years of age by 31st December 2023
Thursday 6pm
Mixed competition rules apply (maximum 3 males on court at any one time, one in each third).
